At FaithFlow Apparel, each piece is made-to-order with intention and love. We partner with trusted global print providers to help you receive high-quality, faith-inspired apparel — wherever you are in the world.


📦 Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it enters production within 24–48 hours. Because all items are custom-made just for you, please allow 2–7 business days for fulfillment.


🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

After fulfillment, your order is shipped with tracking. Shipping time depends on your location and the production partner’s facility:

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

💌 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your shipment directly through the link in the email. 

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, feel free to contact us at faithflowapparel@outlook.com — we’ll be happy to help!

Some of our apparel is fulfilled by different trusted partners — so you may receive your items in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. All good things are worth the wait 🤍

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and provider. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our homepage or social media.

International Shipping & Duties Notice

For orders shipped internationally, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are:

  • Determined by your local customs authority
  • Based on your country's import regulations
  • Separate from your order total and shipping costs
  • The responsibility of the recipient

Our Commitment: We do our best to ship from a fulfillment location closest to your delivery address to minimize potential cross-border fees and ensure faster delivery.

What You Should Know:

  • International shipping fees may vary depending on where your order is fulfilled and shipped from

Important: If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds may be subject to restocking fees.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you may be responsible for these additional charges upon delivery.


⚠️ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, FaithFlow Apparel is not responsible for delivery delays, theft, or lost packages.

However, if your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

  1. Double-checking your address

  2. Looking around your property or checking with neighbors

  3. Contacting the shipping carrier
