Return Policy

FaithFlow Apparel allows returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for items that are the wrong size or due to buyer's remorse.

Return Process:

• Contact us at faithflowapparel@outlook.com to initiate the return process.
• Provide your order number and reason for return.
• Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.

Replacement Process:

Once your return is approved, we will ship a replacement item to you. Please allow 7-10 business days for the replacement to arrive.

Note: All returns must be in their original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy criteria.
